Safety Policy

CrossCreek is committed to creating and maintaining a family-friendly environment. We also feel a responsibility to do our best to ensure the safety of all visiting the park. The rest, of course, is up to you.

The following policies will be in effect beginning March 15th, 2004 to help ensure the safety of all visitors to CrossCreek Cycle Park.

Race days:

  • No pit vehicles (bikes or ATVs) allowed.
  • Four wheel utility vehicles such as gators, golf carts, mules...etc.. may be used for basic transport around the property. Such vehicles may only be operated by individuals with a valid drivers license. Unlicensed minors may not operate utility vehicles.
  • Registered race bikes may be ridden from the pit area directly to the track. After the race, registered race bikes may be ridden from the track directly to the pit area only.
  • Go karts may not be used for basic transport.
  • No vehicles, except official track and safety vehicles, are allowed on the track or infield areas.
  • Spectators are to remain behind the fences.
  • Anyone riding a bike or ATV at any time must wear a helmet. No exceptions.
  • No more than one person on bike or two people on an ATV at a time.
  • Flaggers must be at least 18 years of age.

Practice days:

  • Anyone riding a bike or ATV at any time must wear a helmet. No exceptions.
  • ONLY beginners may ride the beginner motocross track , whether ATV or dirtbike rider.

Enforcement:

  • All people visiting CrossCreek are encouraged to politely help enforce these policies. If you are not comfortable speaking with the individual violating these rules, please notify a CrossCreek employee and they will handle the issue.

Note: Failure to adhere to these rules will result in suspension from the park.  Multiple offenses will result in expulsion from the park permanently.
